These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and DreamAugur ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of dreamaugur.com and its content, tools, and features (together, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you are legally able to enter into these Terms. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Entertainment purpose only

All content on the Site — including dream interpretations, the Dream Analyzer, almanac and calendar information, moon-phase and reflection features, and any readings — is provided for entertainment, curiosity, and self-reflection only. It does not constitute, and must not be relied on as, professional advice of any kind, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You agree not to: disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its infrastructure; scrape, harvest, or copy content at scale or by automated means; reproduce or republish substantial portions of our content without written permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; or use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

Your content and submissions

The Dream Journal stores your entries locally in your own browser on your device; those entries are not transmitted to or stored by us. If you choose to send us content — for example, a dream symbol suggestion, feedback, or a message — you are responsible for that content, confirm you have the right to share it, and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use it to operate and improve the Site (for example, to add or refine a dictionary entry). Please do not send us confidential information you do not wish us to use.

Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, and original content on the Site are owned by DreamAugur or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may view the content for personal, non-commercial use and share links to our pages. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from substantial portions of our content without our prior written permission.

Advertising and third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may display third-party advertising, which may include Google and its advertising partners. Such third parties may use cookies and similar technologies, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, products, practices, or privacy policies of third parties, and visiting or interacting with them is at your own discretion and risk.
